with each depression it's the same thing it's the eternal clichés no originality we feel sorry for ourselves we drink bad wine and we find ourselves smoking on our sofa when we had stopped for years, question must I surrender completely to my feelings or learn to master them?
Where can depression come from?
gut bacteria linked to endocannabinoid levels and depression,
New research from France shows that stress-induced disruption of the gut microbiome can inhibit the production of certain fatty acids needed by the body to create endocannabinoids needed by the brain's hippocampus to properly regulate mood, which may lead to depressive behavior .
This suggests that phytocannabinoid supplementation (eg, from CBD oil) might alleviate the body's cannabinoid deficiency , and that probiotics like fermented foods might help heal the gut microbiome , but of course none of the two will eliminate the source of chronic stress. For this, meditation, yoga, exercise, healthy diet is necessary.
Sustainable health and wellness requires a holistic approach, of which hemp and CBD are certainly a part.

How to get out of depression ?
When it comes, for example, to a separation from a loved one, we go through different phases:
- shock and denial,
during these phases a lot of things go through your head, shock, denial, anger and finally acceptance. But this period also had a lot of unforeseen events.
I didn't expect the panic and anxiety attacks . Nor did I expect the memories, the sleepless nights, the disruption of my once robust immune system . In short, I did not expect such grief.
Theoretically, I knew I had to mourn, more precisely draw a line under the past and focus on the present moment . Otherwise, I would have reached the age of 70 without ever really experiencing life. In essence, grief is a common emotional response to a distressing situation. But although this is normal, it can be totally annihilating. Depression brings together feelings and experiences that are difficult enough to deal with.
Are antidepressants effective?
according to a study published in the prestigious medical journal PLoS (Public Library of Science), is undeniable
this study says: "the new generation of antidepressants give almost no difference than a placebo for mild depression to a relatively small difference for patients with very severe depression"
therefore antidepressants do not work better than a placebo (an inactive product given without the patient's knowledge) in the majority of patients with mild to moderate depression
Some researchers even think that depression is a “ normal ” reaction of our organism: our body would force us to stop everything to force us to reassess our existence – and to make the changes necessary to regain the joy of living.
It's probably less easy than swallowing a "miracle pill", but it's so much more effective!
In the garden of problems, attack yourself at the root!
CBT Types of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
CBT is a collection of techniques and approaches that address thoughts, emotions, and behaviors . These can range from structured psychotherapy to self-help materials.
There are a number of specific types of treatment approaches that include CBT:
The different types of approaches are:
Cognitive therapy involves recognizing and changing inaccurate or distorted thought patterns , emotional reactions, and behaviors
Behavioral therapy which deals with thoughts and behaviors and includes strategies such as emotional regulation and mindfulness .
Multi-criteria therapy suggests that psychological issues should be addressed by addressing seven different but related modalities , namely behavior, affect, sensation, images, cognition, interpersonal factors, and medication/biological considerations .
Rational emotional behavior therapy involves identifying irrational beliefs, actively challenging those beliefs, and ultimately learning to recognize and change those thought patterns.
Although each type of cognitive behavioral therapy takes a different approach, everyone works to address the underlying thought patterns that contribute to psychological stress.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy can be used effectively as a short-term treatment aimed at helping people with a very specific problem and teaching them to focus on current thoughts and beliefs.
CBT is used to treat a variety of conditions:
- Angry temper
- Bipolar disorder
- eating disorder
- panic attacks
- Personality disorders
- Stress issues
The goal of cognitive behavioral therapy is to teach people that while they cannot control all aspects of the world around them, they can take control of how they interpret and deal with the things around them. .e work.
My experience with CBD oil
Deep down I knew I had to work through the grief and pain I was feeling.
“These pains you feel are messengers, listen to them. says the poet Jalal ad-Din Rumi
I wasn't looking for benzodiazepines, antidepressants or medications anxiolytic to ease this ordeal. But I felt like I had something that would pull me out of the depths of this grief and help me through this time.
After various searches on the internet, I bought without conviction a small vial of CBD dosed at 5 % . I took 3-4 drops that night to help me sleep and after about 30 min a feeling of peace came over me and I slept for four hours that night.
Anyone in depression will tell you that grief can take over your emotions and send you wildly between panic, sadness, regret and anger.
Add to that sleep deprivation, and your ability to think and retain a sense of perspective is severely impaired . Ironically, thinking skills are one of the things a struggling person lacks the most.
Over the next few weeks, my daily doses did not provide the magic bullet, but offered me respite. Despite the constant back and forth of my thoughts, the opinions of my friends, my family, cannabis light helped me in this process , to find my presence in the moment. This cure of CBD has allowed me to enjoy the most difficult events with a sense of balance and calm .

cbd oil 5% contains approximately 250mg of cannabidiol in a 5ml vial.
and about 120 drops in the bottle.
So, you have to divide 250 mg by 120 drops and that'll give us 2.08 mg per drop. We recommend an amount of CBD of around 10-20mg per day.
Dose the CBD can be a challenge for new users. You can use our CBD dosage guide to determine the daily dose of CBD based on your weight (see chart below).
When you first use CBD, we recommend taking the lowest recommended dose and increase it slowly over a week. It's a wise thing to do when taking a new supplement to see how it interacts with your endocannabinoid system.
But what do the experts think?
Although there are no clinical studies exploring cannabis use and depression, CBD is generating a lot of interest. "Currently, there is promising preliminary evidence on the effectiveness of medical cannabis in the treatment of these conditions, which are all distinctive characteristics that bring together the constellation of symptoms of anxiety, insomnia...", observes Amine Benyamina Psychiatrist and professor of addictology who has been campaigning for therapeutic cannabis for 15 years.
