What does CBD mean?

Ingredients
- 120g flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 240 ml vegetable milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil (neutral)
- 1 large egg
- 2-3 drops CBD oil (This time we chose LANVIA Broad Spectrum CBD Tincture)
Preparation :
- Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside.
- Whisk together milk, butter or vegetable oil, egg, and CBD oil in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients and stir (do not overmix).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with vegetable oil.
- Using a ladle or tablespoon, drop the batter into the heated skillet. Cook until you see bubbles on the pancake, this usually happens at about 1 minute. Carefully flip the crepe with a thin spatula and cook until golden brown, or 1-2 minutes longer.
- To keep warm, transfer each pancake to a plate, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 100°C until ready to serve.
- Serve hot, with toppings of your choice.
Chef's advice: For a unique taste, serve with a handful of berries, a pinch of dark chocolate, add 1-2 drops of lanvia CBD with orange blossom .
How To Make CBD Pizza - Happy Pizza!
Ingredients
- CBD cannabis oil
- 200g flour
- 5g of baker's yeast
- ½ tablespoon of sugar
- Hot water
- 2 large tomatoes cut
- Pepper
- Salt
- Rosemary
- Cannabis trim can be replaced with oregano
Personal toppings (eg mozzarella, bacon, salami, onions, mushrooms)
Preparation :
Dough
1 . For the pizza dough, for a better taste, it is better to make it yourself. To do this, mix the yeast in a large glass of hot water. Add a pinch of salt and a little sugar.
2 . Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
3 . In a bowl, mix a pinch of salt, 200 grams of flour and 2-3 tablespoons of your CBD oil .
4 . Add the large glass containing the yeast and the water, knead for about 10 minutes. The dough is ready when it is elastic and no longer sticky.
5 . Cover the dough and put it in a warm place for at least 1 hour.
The sauce
6 . Prepare the tomato sauce for the cannabis pizza. To make it, combine the tomatoes, a little salt, pepper, rosemary, cannabis trim and half a cup of hot water in a saucepan.
The amount of condiments is to be adjusted according to your tastes. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. This will reduce everything to sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water. If it is too liquid, let it boil so that the water evaporates and thickens.
Pizza
7 . Unroll the dough and spread the tomato sauce on it. Here is your basic cannabidiol pizza .
8 . Then you can add toppings to it as you see fit. The most popular choices are mozzarella type cheese, bacon, onions and mushrooms... The choice is yours as you can add almost any ingredient.
9 . You can now drizzle cannabis-infused oil over your pizza for more effects.
10 . Bake at 200°C for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remember that it can take up to two hours after eating to notice the first relaxing effects.

Vegan CBD Cookie Recipe
(Makes 4 cookies. 10 minutes to prepare. 25 minutes total)

Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp. unsalted vegetable oil, softened
- 55g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. lecithin (or another vegan egg yolk alternative)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 20 mg of CBD oil (4 drops of 10% CBD oil)
- 43g plain flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 tsp ground
- 3 tbsp. dark chocolate pieces (vegan)
- 3 tbsp. finely chopped almonds
- 3 tbsp. finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
Instructions
- Place the grill in the middle of a preheated oven (160°C / 140°C with a fan)
- Mix vegetable oil with sugar in medium bowl until light and creamy.
- Mix lecithin, vanilla and the CBD oil of your choice. Make sure it is well mixed
- Stir in plain flour, baking soda and salt while mixing
- Stir in chocolate shavings, walnuts and flax seeds (you can change/skip any of these to taste)
- Divide the cookie dough into four equal portions. Carefully roll each into a ball and arrange them 3 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. (Remember that the cookies will scatter during baking!)
- Bake until the cookies are golden around the edges, 15 to 18 minutes.
Leave the cookies on the paper for 2 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely or serve warm.

- 200 grams of almonds

Many thanks to Clawhammer Supply for this amazing recipe, it is thanks to the experience in brewing beer with hemp and CBD that they also added blueberries.
This beer was nicknamed Blueberry Kush.
This beer didn't turn out exactly as we had hoped, but it is absolutely stellar. It's a light beer with a hint of blueberry and lots of density. Given the amount of hops we added, it's not as bitter as expected.
The addition of hemp gives the beer a slightly nutty taste, and the CBD works with the alcohol. Note that CBD is a byproduct of hemp plants that typically contains little to no THC. If you need to pass a drug test, be sure to get 100% pure CBD.
How to make hemp and CBD beer

- 200g of flour
- 250g of butter
- 250gr of brown sugar / brown sugar

Then add the flour, baking powder and chocolate shavings, taking care to mix everything well until everything is smooth and without lumps. If the mixture is too thick, just add a little milk. - Finally, cover the baking tray, preferably with a non-stick coating, with a sheet of parchment paper, pour the mixture on it and level it with a spatula until it is evenly distributed: it will take about 45 minutes to bake in the oven, preferably ventilated and heated to around 160°C max, being careful not to open it until cooked so as not to disturb the yeast and the end result.
- Once the necessary time has elapsed, check that the cake is ready by inserting a toothpick: if it is dry, simply wait for the cake to cool completely and then enjoy it with an excellent herbal tea.
Otherwise it will have to be put back in the oven for another 5/7 minutes, checking that the surface is not burnt, which would compromise the final result. Once ready, the space cake can be decorated with powdered sugar if desired, moistened with rum, covered with frosting or filled with cream.

For 4/6 people
- 200g baking chocolate
- 70 g shelled hemp seeds
- 15 g Burgundy truffles
- 130 ml chickpea juice*
- 1 C. at s. lemon juice
- CBD Oil 5-10%
Break up the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie.
Mix the hemp seeds with 90 ml of water until you obtain a fluid and creamy cream. Add it to the chocolate and mix well.
Finely grate the Burgundy truffle (keep 4 to 6 thin slices for decoration) and add it to the warm melted chocolate (especially not too hot).
Whip the chickpea juice with the lemon juice as you would whip egg whites. Start whisking slowly at first, then gradually increase the speed of the whisks. Incorporate into the chocolate-hemp mixture in three batches using a flexible spatula.
Divide half of the mousse into 4 or 6 ramekins. Pour 3 drops of CBD oil per ramekin, then cover with the rest of the chocolate mousse. Decorate with truffle slices.
Leave to cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours before eating.

- 150 g shelled hemp seeds
- 150g water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 hemp leaf (optional)
Mix the hemp seeds with the water and the salt until you obtain a smooth paste.
Line the bottom of a small Inox® mold (square 15 x 15 cm or round, tiffin type – stackable Indian Inox® lunch box) with a sheet of lightly oiled parchment paper. Pour in the hemp cream. If you have fresh hemp leaves in your garden, put one on top.
Steam for 15 minutes. It is important to cover with a domed lid so that the drops of water do not fall on the hemp cream. If you have a flat lid, use this Japanese technique: first stretch a tea towel over the pan and then put the lid on top.
Check the doneness of the tofu which should be firm and springy to the touch. Take out the mold and let cool.
Using a sharp knife, peel off the edges then unmold the tofu.
Remove the sheet of parchment paper.
At this point, the hempfu can be cooked directly because it is very firm.
Otherwise, place it in the refrigerator in an airtight box (or in the baking pan).
