Creation of the CBD chocolate mousse recipe:
- Crumble and melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Heat the milk, cream and sugar to a boil.
- Add the gelatin previously soaked and wrung out with hot cream.
- Put 1/3 on the chocolate with CBD Bloom & Cie melted and emulsify to create a smooth and shiny effect.
- Repeat this step 2 times more.
- Finish by mixing slightly to perfect the emulsion, taking care not to incorporate air.
- Pour into the ramekins of your choice, if you make 6 portions it is equivalent to 30mg CBD/person.
- Then place in the refrigerator, ideally for one night.
